Comment:

 In testing what this is doing is not changing the font size. The color
 issue is already resolved. What needs to be done is ideally come up with a
 patch that:

 - Keeps the original size of the pullquote.
 - Allows increasing and doesn't just incase padding: this is what happens
 currrently.
