 We have a site that has just been updated from version 6.2.5 to 6.2.6
 (while our staging environment remains at 6.2.5 and is functioning
 normally), and we are also seeing this error with the same function
 {{{
 _wp_footnotes_kses_init
 }}}
 . Several plugins are affected by this missing function, such as GiveWP.
