 @narenin I first thought that as well. We updated cleantalk, and we looked
 into the _wp_footnotes_init error and it appears that should only be used
 by core wordpress. We verified checksums on the current update and they
 did not match after the automatic update and the default-filters.php file
 failed the checksum which we believe was the source of the issue. Upon re-
 downloading the update file using wp-cli the site is functioning normally.
