 Hi @mping001

 The error stack trace indicates an issue with the CleanTalk plugin for
 WordPress. Specifically, it is caused by a function
 **_wp_footnotes_kses_init** that is either missing or incorrectly named.
 This function is being called via **call_user_func_array** in the **class-
 wp-hook.php** file, which handles WordPress hooks and actions.

 Could you please try to deactivate plugins or check for the updates.
