Comment:

 The issue with this seems to be unfortunately the patch leaves no default
 font size unless I am mistaken now. I think we both need some testing to
 confirm this and a solution which both solves the issue and doesn't cause
 further visual problems. I am therefore going to suggest we look at
 iterating this patch, thank you everyone.
