 I have added patch in my local in multidites but it is not working.

 ** Environment**
 - WordPress: 6.6-beta2-58420
 - PHP: 8.1.23
 - Server: nginx/1.16.0
 - Database: mysqli (Server: 8.0.16 / Client: mysqlnd 8.1.23)
 - Browser: Chrome 126.0.0.0 (macOS)
 - Theme: Twenty Nineteen 2.8

 **Steps to Reproduce**
 1. Go to Users
 2. Click on "Chang role to..."

 **Expected Results**
 "No role for this site" value should be change to"None" in "Chang role
 to..." dropdown.

 **Actual Results**
 Still "-"No role for this site" dropdown option is appeared
