 Twenty Nineteen, Latest Post Block Text Color is not working When the Full
 Post Content Option is selected.

 Steps To Reproduce -
 1. Add the Latest Post Block in the editor.
 2. Go to Block setting -> Enable Post Content.
 3. Select Full Post Option.
 4. Now Select the Background Color and text Color.

 Text Color is not working when the editor selects the full post content
 option.
 While For Other Themes it's working fine.
