 For Add New Theme
 1) Below 1024, need to add some margin between label and field.

 2) Below 600, Label and search field needs to be in separate line. Check
 plugin install search field.

 For Theme page - looks good but can be improved with some margin as well.
 Plugin page is quite polished in this case as well. So can take as a
 reference.
