 Embeds: Remove SlideShare embed block variation.

 The oEmbed endpoint for SlideShare is effectively deprecated and throws an
 error for the majority of slide-decks using the service.

 Capitalize the name of the service in the deprecation notice in accordance
 with the wordmark.
