 == **Reproduction Steps:
 1. Activate Twenty Fifteen Theme
 2. Select Quote Block & Add Text & Cite Text.
 3. Now Change Color, you will able to see Quote Cite Color is not working
 in Editor & Frontend Side
 4. Next, Select Pull Quote Block & Add Text & Cite Text.
 5. Now Change Color Of Pull Quote Block, you will able to see Pull Quote
 Cite Color is not working in Editor & Frontend Side.


 == **Testing Instructions:

 **Now Apply PR:** https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-develop/pull/6702

 1. Refresh Editor & Frontend Side After Applying PR.
 2. Now Change Quote Block & Pull Quote Block Text Color in Editor
 3. Check Cite Text Color in Editor Side & Frontend Side.
 4. Also Need to test if no color is selected in editor side then default
 text color should show in both Quote Block & Pull Quote Block.

 **Note:** I have Added Color inherit When Text Color is selected in editor
 side. If there is no text color is selected in editor then it will show
 default color in editor & frontend Side.
