 Thank you for your responses. I appreciate your guidance regarding the
 support forums and testing with default themes and without plugins.

 I’ve followed your suggestions but continue to experience the issue.
 Specifically, the "+" toolbar icon remains inactive, preventing the
 addition of headers, images, fonts, and colors in new posts. Could you
 please advise on further steps or confirm if this might be a core issue?
