#61757: Changing the priority of the admin_bar_menu breaks filtering

Type: defect (bug) | Status: new
Priority: normal | Milestone: Awaiting Review
Component: Administration | Version: 6.6.1
 Severity: normal | Keywords:
  Focuses: administration |

 This change: https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-
 develop/commit/340bf4c10d0c976501fc83c057a339ac68a4c8ec will give errors
to everyone who made a simple filtering on `admin_bar_menu`, for example,
 following this tutorial (https://qodeinteractive.com/magazine/how-to-
remove-howdy-admin-in-wordpress/) to remove the "Howdy" message from their
admin panel. Now for this to work, they would need to add a priority of
 9992.

Not sure how to report this, as on itself it is not a bug, but lots of
people will get errors (as I did) on their wordpress installations just
for updating to the latest version.
