 Let's use this ticket for investigating ''why'' this is happening and if
 an adjustment or additional change is needed to fix this specific issue.

 If it's determined that a revert of [58748] and [58759] are the only or
 best remedy, then #61615 should reopened after the revert (which should
 reference this ticket) so that work can continue on its bug.
