 explaining that a sufficient testbase is needed to cover a range of FTP
 servers and environments.

 In addition, many contributors are volunteers with limited time to
 contribute, so we have try to spend this limited time on where we think we
 can be most effective. It's not that this issue lacks importance though
 (I've worked on this issue in the past too), we just can't work on all
 things at once - even after a year.
