 Hi @sabernhardt,

 Thank you for addressing this issue. I understand this ticket was marked
 as a duplicate of #53512. I have verified the fix implemented for
 WordPress 5.8, and I can confirm that the JS error regarding the
 `sidebarPos` being "undefined" is no longer occurring in the Twenty
 Seventeen theme when a sidebar hasn't been set up.

 Appreciate the help and the timely resolution.
