 Does "Gutenberg Page Builder" mean the Gutenberg plugin is activated on
 these sites? If yes, what's the plugin version?

 Tentatively moving into 6.6.1 while assessing impact,
 [https://make.wordpress.org/core/2024/07/18/wordpress-6-6-1-an-upcoming-
 maintenance-release/ given RC is planned for later today].
