 Would be great to get a test report(s) to validate the before (reproduce
 the issue) and after applying the patch (to validate the `gutenberg-merge`
 resolves it).

 Testing Instructions from the PR:
 1. Open a post or page.
 2. Open the code editor within the top editor options panel.
 3. Copy and paste
