Comment:

 Hi all, I would like to add it to the 6.7 release to get the appropriate
 attention to this feature. I have also made some improvements to the
 existing PR: 5676 ( As it was preferred to go with the PHP option to
 render the tooltip ). I will be adding improvements over time to this
 issue, also if anyone feels this is not going in the correct direction,
 feel free to share that!
