 Sorry for the delay - I have now confirmed it works end to end. Here is an
 sanitized example url it generated during account creation:

 https://cscircles.cemc.uwaterloo.ca/dev/wp-
 login.php?login=testuser.&key=fake&action=rp

 Gmail was able to understand it and present it to the user correctly
