 In the batch delete menu items interface: If there are many menu items,
 the "Batch Delete" operation link might be obscured by the menu operation
 toolbar at the bottom, making the "Delete Menu" link more prominent.
 Although a confirmation prompt appears when clicking this link,
 accidentally ignoring it could result in the entire menu being mistakenly
 deleted.

 Suggested Solution: I think moving the Delete Entire Menu link in the
 toolbar to the right will reduce the chances of this error happening.
