 A note for when you speak to the plugin's developers:

 6.4.3 includes some stricter checking when manually installing plugins.
 This may have flagged [https://www.php.net/manual/en/ziparchive.open.php
 one of these issues] in the plugin's ZIP archive. The ZIP archive will
 need to be checked for these issues and repaired/rebuilt so that it is
 installable.
