 For the new update to WordPress 6.4.3, it does not allow you to manually
 install a plugin. I get the message "Download failed. A valid URL was not
 provided."

 I noticed this when I tried to install the Core Framework plugin on one
 website I manage that I had upgraded to the newest version and I got that
 error. I tried to go to another website I manage that I had not upgraded
 (it was on 6.4.2) and the plugin installed just fine. I deleted the plugin
 and upgraded WordPress to version 6.4.3 and I then got that error and the
 plugin would not install.
