 If you have WooCommerce Bookings, you probably will want to edit the
 plugin's timezone settings.

 As noted on ticket:50524#comment:2, WordPress itself does not maintain
 timezones. Other languages can have localized names for the places, though
 they still follow the grouping from PHP. The America(s) list includes 143
 locations across North and South America (about 20% of them are within the
 U.S.).
