Comment:

 The WordPress trsnslation platform generates one translation file per JS
 file in the plugin. Both plugins you mention are rather large and have
 lots of JS files, so naturally there are many translation files. Whenever
 WordPress updates translations, it will download the right set of files
 from WordPress.org.

 This is nothing concerning but expected behavior.
