Comment:

 On reviewing this, I find that this has actually had no work done; so I've
 prepped a patch that covers the majority of focusable items. The
 exclusions are things that have existing focus states that are
 sufficiently different from standard focus states that common pattern
 isn't appropriate.

 Attached patch should cover pretty much every focusable; though I could
 certainly have missed some.
