 Hi all. We currently have two PRs open for the npm updates for the next
 6.4.x release:

 - https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-develop/pull/5698 (for the 6.4
 release branch)
 - https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-develop/pull/5696 (for trunk)

 I updated both of these today with the latest updates from the Gutenberg
 repo, so I believe they're ready to be tested and committed for the next
 point release.
