 Duplicate of #30465.

 After a bit of looking, I found it.

 Now, tbh... This would benefit us but what about plugins outside the repo?
 I once bought a plugin via CodeCanyon and now its not hosted there anymore
 due to security issues. Those will be missed... But does core need that?
 Checking outside repos? Thats a whole other discussion.
