Old description:

 Similar to #60034, please ensure to remove the trailing period at the end
 of URLs in `@see` tags. Otherwise, when a viewer clicks the link to view
 the ticket, it will display an `Error: Not Found` message.

 Updating the ticket description to clarify that this is about URLs in
 `@see` tags specifically, because inline comments in general actually do
 require a trailing period as per the [https://developer.wordpress.org
 /coding-standards/inline-documentation-standards/php/#5-inline-comments
 documentation standards].
