 I confirm that [57685] seems to have fixed this issue.

 I have encountered this bug on one of my websites based on Sage theme in
 version 9. I rolled back to WP 6.3 for the time being, but now I tested
 the website again:
 * with WP 6.4.3 I get a blank page on frontend
 * with WP 6.5-beta3 the frontend is working
