 Is there a way to optimize the readability of the PHP compatibility and
 WordPress version support chart on the WordPress core handbook? The
 current layout makes it difficult to view all information without losing
 sight of either the PHP versions or the corresponding WordPress versions.
 Are there any formatting adjustments or features that could improve the
 user experience, such as freezing or stickying row/column headers,
 expanding the viewable area, or other solutions?
