 @neo2k23 thanks for testing and reporting - a few questions
 - do you also have Imagick support enabled (it would show next to what
 your screenshot shows)? if so its possible the wrong editor is being used.
 - another possibility is the image isn't being recognized properly. have
 you tried a few images?
 - where are you uploading, in the media library or in the editor?
