 Hello.

 We experienced an issue now on WP 6.3.3 while all of the sudden all pages
 started to return 404.

 This occured on a multisite installation hosting around 500 websites with
 many of them (presumably all) suffering from this error.

 Then we realised the quick and only solution was to either reboot the
 server(s) or manually flush the permalinks...

 Could you please give us a hand to understand the root cause of this.
