Changes (by rcreators):

 * Attachment "homepage-setting.png" added.

 I have tested the patch. Everything seems to be working. There is one
 point which needs to be updated on the Customiser -> Homepage setting.
 This New page title text should be hidden by default and only be visible
 when add new button is clicked.
