 If testing shows that we still need to make adjustments for both blocks to
 work, lets keep the changes to one ticket, and make the changes here
 before comitting.

 That is, testing should be done for **both** the quote, pullquote, and
 classic editor quote with this PR applied.

 I apologise for not updating the testing instructions in time. I did not
 mean to waste the testers time.
 I did not find any more problems, but more eyes on it would not hurt.
