 This will need some updates on the .org side too. Currently
 [https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-
 develop/blob/9485fde409cb02aff9c1651a892e0a2429f43853/src/wp-
 includes/update.php#L101 there's a mysql argument sent to the update
 check] which will need to be expanded to include the database type.
