 It sounds like you're frustrated with the broken Docking Boxes (dbx) in
 WordPress, particularly the larger ones like Write Post, Write Page, and
 Add Link. These boxes have white corners and left strips, which detracts
 from their appearance. You're suggesting using "fieldset" or divs instead
 of the current implementation to improve the design. If nobody else is
 willing to fix this issue, you're willing to take it on yourself, but you
 can only provide raw PHP files, so someone else would need to convert them
 to a diff or another format suitable for the SVN system.
