Comment (by pennyjzn2):

 Should the requirements for SimplePie be updated to reflect compatibility
 with "PHP 4.3.x, 4.4.x, or any version of PHP5 greater than 5.0.3"?
 Additionally, should the file `simplepie.php` in `wp-includes` be renamed
 to `classes-simplepie.php` to follow the existing naming convention for
 included code?
