 It appears that saving empty bookmarks is currently possible, despite the
 form accepting blank values. While the bookmark isn't actually saved,
 users still receive a confirmation message that it has been saved. This
 issue is partially fixed, but it would be beneficial to implement
 validation beforehand to prevent this behavior.
