 Should WordPress's installation process include checks for the PHP option
 `magic_quotes_runtime` to prevent issues arising from its enabled state?
 Additionally, should the setup configuration script (`wp-admin/setup-
 config.php`) use variables from `wp-config.php` for testing database
 connections, and is there room for improvement in how the configuration
 file is generated?
