 Two quick questions:

 1
 How can I test the plugins card UI in the 'Add Plugins' admin page? I see
 that [57545] changed something in the plugin cards that may be relevant
 for accessibility. However, to my understanding there would be the need
 for a plugin with dependencies already present in the wo.org plugins
 directory to be able to test the cards UI?

 I guess the 'Plugin Dependencies' plugin should be removed from the wp.org
 directory soon? So far, it is still available in the 'Beta Testing' tab.
 Installing it and attempting to activate if triggers a fatal error, which
 is expected since the related code is now in Core.
