 Also got this on Manjaro with Gnome Files. On localhost (same place I
 created the zip file) I don't get the error, but when uploading the same
 file to a live site I got this error.

 There's no macos folders in the zip of course, there has to be something
 else that causes this.

 (Using command line instead of Gnome Files works).
