 pull request]:

 * introduces a new function `wp_zip_file_is_valid()`
 * If `ZipArchive` fails and judges the file as invalid, falls back to
 `PclZip` to double check (props @costdev)
 * adds tests for new function
 * adds a macOS generated archive and invalid archives to the test suite
