 I want to edit the submenu in the twentytwentyfour header menu. I can
 change the text color. But not the background color. It remains white.

 The theme has no further modicications. It is the vanilla twentytwentyfour
 theme, and i want to edit it with guttenberg.

 Appearance > Editor, click in the middle, up left go to styles, choose
 Blocks, choose submenus
