Comment:

 This has been flagged to close and I tend to agree with that because it
 can be the case that as @sabernhardt has stated for duplicate IDs or
 broken markup, broken styles can be something good. With that in mind the
 testing is validation this does happen. I am going to close with working
 as expected. Thank you everyone for your collaboration and this doesn't
 mean discussion can't continue.
