 Updating the ticket title since mu-plugins and symlinked plugins are
 things that also need to be considered.

 If this is something that we want to consider for a 6.7 maintenance
 release, I think that we are going to need to see a patch soon, otherwise
 the best move will be for this to be an enhancement in 6.8.
