 Build/Test Tools: Remove an unnecessary call to svn in a debugging step.

 None of the steps in any of the workflows use svn, so this debugging step
 is unnecessary, and svn has been removed in the ubuntu-24.04 runner which
 will be rolling out to GitHub Actions imminently.
