 1. ❌  Error condition doesn’t occur.

 1. ✅ The `popovertarget` attribute works as expected on `<button>` and
 `<input type="button">` elements.
 2. The `popover` attribute functions correctly on `<div>`, `<span>`, and
 `<p>` elements.
 3.  The expected behavior occurs without any issues, and the attributes
 are properly rendered in the browser.
