 In https://meta.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/7860 ,Credits API has been
 updated to return sha256 email hashes, but the core still has
 `@md5.gravatar.com` hardcoded in it, which should be changed to
 `@sha256.gravatar.com` to eliminate confusion.
