 In the Twenty Nineteen theme, the author name and post date are displayed
 twice on the single post view: once at the top of the post content and
 again at the bottom. This is inconsistent with other default themes, such
 as Twenty Seventeen and Twenty Twenty-Five, which only display this
 information at the top of the post.
