 Hi there, I came across this bug in the admin's users list. To reproduce:

 1. Create a new user with a valid email address, e.g.   user at localhost.com
 2. Search for the user by that email address
 3. Click on the username in the result list
 4. Click the "Update User" button
 5. Click the "← Go to Users" link

 The users.php is now back on the search result page, but the search is for
 "userlocalhost.com", omitting the @ symbol, therefore showing an empty
 list.

 This behavior can be reproduced in a new install without any active
 plugins, using the nightly build and PHP 8.3.
